Shipping & Delivery
***Please note that we do not normally ship mattresses. Mattresses will be available for local pickup at our Scarborough, Ontario location. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you wish to have your mattress shipped directly to you***
At Bumble Baby, we do our best to recycle and conserve the world's resources. We often ship orders in previously-used boxes (such as those sent to us by manufacturers or packaging from household items). Please do not be alarmed if you see the name of another company on our shipping box - you will know that it is from us by the return address printed on the attached shipping label. If you would prefer for your order to be shipped in a brand new box, please send us a message after you place your order and we will be happy to accomodate your request.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Unfortunately, Canada Post does charge us for shipping, and so we must charge our customers a small shipping fee to compensate for this. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 on all Canadian orders valued below $99 (before taxes and shipping). In some cases it may be possible to ship very small items as lettermail for about $3. We will notify you if this is an option for your order. All orders are shipped with Canada Post and include a tracking number as well as shipping insurance.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP
**DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AT OUR LOCATION WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER LOCAL PICKUP FOR THE TIME BEING. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.***
Clients within the GTA can choose to pick up their orders from our Scarborough location. Please choose “Local Pickup” from our shipping options, and we will contact you to arrange a date and time for pick up. There is no shipping or handling charge for pickup orders..
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $14.95 on all U.S. orders, and free shipping on orders over $200. All orders are shipped with Canada Post Small Packet Surface service and may take 2-3 weeks for delivery (but usually sooner). US customers are responsible for all duties and taxes encountered at customs (if any). Bumble Baby is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.
We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $19.95 to U.S. customers. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders of $200 or more!

We now offer international shipping! If you are a customer outside Canada or the U.S., please contact us prior to ordering for a custom shipping quote.

Returns & Replacements**
Satisfaction is a high priority at Bumble Baby. We are proud to guarantee all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging for a prompt refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. In the case of returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded, and actual shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if we paid $10 to ship your package, we will refund your original purchase price minus the $10 shipping charge. This policy also applies to free shipping orders (resulting from promotional offers or orders over $150). In these cases, customers will be provided with proof of actual shipping fees.
If an item is returned with missing packaging and/or tags, we will charge a 25% restocking fee. Please understand that items returned in such condition cannot be resold as new, and the 25% restocking fee compensates for this loss.
***Please note that by law we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on mattresses that have been removed from their packaging. All mattresses returned for refund or exchange must be in their original sealed plastic packaging. Exceptions may apply in the case of manufacturer's defects - these will be handled on a case-by-case basis.***

Your order can be placed 24/7 by ordering through our website. Online ordering is simple and convenient; just browse our selection, click the "Add to Cart" next to the item you desire, and follow the online instructions.
If you prefer to place your order via email, please contact us at sales@bumble-baby.com. Include your order, address and phone number. We will then contact you with your total, including any shipping charges.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The most secure way to pay is through Paypal. We also accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay by credit card, simply choose Paypal as your payment method (you DO NOT need a Paypal account fo this option) - You will be given the option to pay "as a guest". Simply choose this option and Paypal will guide you through the process.

At Bumble Baby, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We want you to remain our customer for life! That is why we offer a Price Match Guarantee on all of our cloth diapers. We will match any competitor’s price on our cloth diapers, as long as the following requirements are met:
· The advertised price is from an authorized Canadian online retailer
· The price is published on the store’s website in Canadian dollars, and is verifiable by Bumble Baby
· The advertised price is a regular price offered by the retailer, and not an advertised sale price
· The item must be new, factory sealed, and of the same brand, year, style, fabric and color
· The retailer has the product in stock and available for immediate shipment
· The retailer is not in violation of the Manufacturer Agreement, including the minimum manufacturer’s suggested retail price
· Prices of auctioned items (on eBay, Amazon, Craigslist or otherwise) are not eligible, even if from an authorized Canadian retailer
· Price Match Guarantee does not include competitor coupons, advertised sale prices, clearance items, closeouts, or discontinued products
· Price Match Guarantee applies only to cloth diapers, and does not include accessories, toys, clothing, mattresses, or any other products offered on our website.
To receive your price match, simply contact us with the URL of the retailer’s internet site, along with your name, and the details of the price discrepancy. We will respond to your request as soon as we have reviewed the competitor’s website and verified the price discrepancy.
Our Price Match Guarantee applies to all new, factory sealed cloth diapers of the same brand, year, style, fabric and color that are available and in stock at any authorized Canadian online retail internet site. This guarantee does not apply to sale items, limited-quantity offers, discontinued products, manufacturer’s rebates, closouts, clearances, bulk quantity items, or typographical errors. Our Price Match Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other Bumble Baby coupons or special pricing offers.
***PLEASE NOTE: Although our Price Guarantee applies only to Cloth Diapers, at times we may honour price match requests for other items. Such price match requests are considered on an individual basis, and must meet all of the above requirements. Bumble Baby has the right to refuse any requests for price matches at our discretion. If you would like us to match the price of any items other than cloth diapers, please contact us and we will try our best to honour your request.***

At Bumble Baby, your privacy is our priority. Your information, including name, address, telephone number, email and credit card information will NEVER be passed on to any third party or used for third party solicitation. We collect email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders. We will not call you unless we require additional information to complete your order.
